Straightforward, informal. I first spoke to the CRO (who would have been manager for the open role), then met the founder in person. My interview with the founder was much more in-depth; was asked how I balance conflicting stakeholder demands (business/technical) and other standard behavioural questions - describe a challenging customer situation / how I would approach or manage expectations if we over promised and under delivered.
