I had an initial 30-minute introductory call, which went well and was followed by a promise to send a technical challenge. I completed the challenge promptly and submitted it as instructed. However, after that, I never received any further communication. Despite multiple follow-ups over a reasonable period of time, I was met with complete silence. It's disappointing to invest time and effort into a process only to be ghosted, especially after fulfilling their requests. This reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates' time. Clear communication — even if it's a rejection — is the least one can expect from a hiring process.
