Step 1: Online Test for Initial Screening (MCQs). Step 2: 30 mins - Discussion with recruiter about my Background Step 3: 1.5 Hours - Technical Interview with 2 persons. Asked about: - Basic Intro - My job history, - Type of projects I've worked on - Technologies, coding pattern and architectures I've worked with. - General questioning about them - Also asked about cloud technologies (azure), that I've used and worked with - OOP related general questioning - 2 code exercises on live screen sharing, 1st one was code refactoring and other one was about some oop concept. Step 4: 1 Hour - Team/Behavioral/Personality Interview with 2 persons. Asked about: - Basic Intro - Some Behavioral Questing Few of them were: - Give example of something that you've introduced into your team. - How you handle stress in your job? - Can you tell us about, you were facing a problem and how did you solve it. - How resilient you are? For example, if you are assigned with some task which you don't like or interested, what will you do? - How would you tackle criticism? can you give a real example? - How would you agree your teammate on a certain point, if he is disagreeing with you? - How long will you take to get start with something new. - How do you learn about new technologies or keep yourself updated with industry trends? - Describe how you're best candidate for this position? **Everything happened on Skype Call (as it was a remote interview)
