I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NoFraud (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview covered my professional background, previous experiences, and a range of behavioral questions, including scenarios about conflict, receiving negative feedback, and communication skills. In general, it was straightforward, provided you take the time to prepare strong behavioral answers in advance.
Lengthy and Disorganized
The excessive interview process and lack of clear decision-making framework made me question whether this reflects how they approach other business decisions. I expected a more streamlined and professional evaluation process.
The experience felt more like they were figuring out what they wanted as they went along rather than having a clear hiring strategy.
Would recommend they restructure their interview process before it starts deterring quality candidates.
- interview rounds with significant overlap
- poor coordination between interviewers - same questions asked multiple times
- decision-making appeared reactive rather than structured
- CSuite leadership overly involved in roles that didn't seem to warrant that level of oversight
I applied online and received a request for a recruiter screen. After the initial 30 minute chat, next steps were shared that they would make a determination as to who would move on to round 2 in the next business day. No follow-up after that despite several inquiries as to status.
