Contacted though an employment website, After a few hiccups, we finally had a Google Meet interview. Interview lasted about 40 minutes and was overall a positive experience. Not sure what issues the prior interviewee had, but I didn't see any significant problems.

Interview
No formal interview, wanted to use applicant's knowledge for real-time work. Interview "process" felt off-putting, and a quick Google search shows that the company doesn't have the best reputation. I would not recommend proceeding with this organization.
