I interviewed over the phone with one of the lead QA Engineers after being referred by a recruiter.
I was turned down, but the lead was nice in the interview, and took the time to tell the recruiter I was a good guy. Kind touch.

Very brief and to the point making sure they select the best cadiate for the job as possible making sure my skill match what they was looking for and that I knew the safety requirements for all jobs which is important
