Initially called by a recruiter for Nordstrom and had a 30 minute conversation about the role. It definitely felt like the recruiter was reading from a script but let me interrupt to ask questions and respond. The job paid extremely low for industry standard. When I brought this up, we could not come to an agreement and the next interview was cancelled.

Interview
The waiting period before even getting my interview was very long, we hardly talked much about the job and only briefly explained there being as many hours as I like or set up as little hours as I want. Never expressing that it was a "as needed" basis. Furthermore if you're one of the unfortunate ones who work as a "temp" you will never see a pay increase, you will forever be locked into that pay scale... which was not explained to me, infact I was told otherwise.
