After I applied for Mac cosmetics online, I received an invitation for a phone interview in a day. A week later after I made my appointment for a phone interview, I received a call and the interview lasted 10mins. Questions were straight forward and I got invited to in person interview.

Meet a hiring manager, meet the specific manager for your role, answer some simple questions. No demonstration of skills required. Expect to meet a few people before signing a contract.

Horrible! They only had 4 positions available with 100-250 applicants for each! After I applied they sent me a generic email, stating to come to their job fair! Seriously? Why would they even have a job fair for only 4 positions in the entire store (of which 100's of candidates already applied)!

Interview
The interview process was quite easy, I applied then received a cll back followed by an interview with their HR and then another with the cosmetics floor manager. All interviews were easy and I was offered the job on the spot.
