The interview was done by the head or manager of the department you are applying for. They ask general questions about your accomplishments. They want to know how you deal with customers and how you set yourself apart. This is a customer first business and they want to make sure that you will fit the mold.

They want to know how you feel about giving the best customer service. They wanted details on things you have done in the past to please customers. This company is all about ultimate customer service and wowing customers with customized service.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
