3 step interview process:
1) 30minute phone call with the recruiter
2) 30minute phone call with the hiring manager
3) 2.5 hour onsite with 6 people. 1hour with the program manager, 30minutes with team members(2 people), 30minute technical whiteboard(2 people) and 30 minutes with the hiring manager
Was told I had great feedback but Nordstrom went with an internal hire for the position
