Question and Answer common interview question. Such as "why do want to work here" or "what makes you so special", etc... Also, the manager walked me through a scenario in which I had to sell her a product from the store to her.

The hiring process was super quick as I got the offer during my interview. It was held in the Nordstrom store and I was interviewed by the department manager. The interview questions were not the simple “what are your strengths?” “where do you see yourself in 5 years?”, the questions were more so scenario based and required quick critical thinking so prepare ahead of time. I would say the interview lasted 30 minutes.

All I had was a phone interview. The woman asked me all the basic questions of a retail job; how would you handle this situation is a customer ______, or past retail experience. She then had me put together a styling outfit and email it to her.
