Had to call since I hadn't heard anything in 2 weeks. The girl who interviewed me asked questions like pros and cons of working on commission, which department would you do best in, describe a time you have gone above and beyond for a customer. Know there are some really helpful and great people working in HR and some that aren't as great and friendly. If you call and don't receive the help or information you need, call back the next day and there will likely be a different person working. That worked for me. And the other person is right; be VERY NEUTRAL on the assessment questionaire!
