Received a phone call from the HR Manager asking me basic questions and then scheduling 1:1 interview a few days later.After interview with HR I was interviewed by Store Manager who asked me to sell this pen? and how I deal with irate customers.I felt it went well so we will see.

Interview
consisted of an online personality test, very general and based on common sense. just take on the perspective of the employer and you should be fine. as for the 1 on 1 in person interview just make sure you're some what fashionable and personable. also think of it as a career because training does cost the co. money so they want to make sure you stick around. have an interesting sales experience story to talk about and show that you have a desire to serve the customer.
