I sent an application on Nordstrom careers and was notified to attend their next hiring event. I was set up immediately to have an interview once arrived at hiring event. The interview consisted of experience qualification questions, knowledge of the company, and scenario situation questions. I was hired on the spot and contacted the same week to start working.

If you were having trouble helping a customer, how would you best handle the situation?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
