There was a hiring event at the store and you would wait to be called over by someone and they interviewed you for about fifteen minutes. They asked typical questions and the level of difficulty was easy/average.

Why do you think you’d be appropriate for this job?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
