Interview
May have been a busy time/location, along with short staffing, so the premise was a little chaotic during my interview. Also the store (Nordstrom Local) is located in a prominent, wealthy neighborhood, with a high end clientele to go with it. I’ve been to other stores with a more relaxed yet approachable vibe, not so high strung, which I think I would prefer aftet interviewing at this location. I’ll probably try a different location or closer to the holiday season.

Describe a time working together as part of a team where the end result turned out negative.
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Describe a time you had a difficult experience with a customer.
Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
