The interview was on zoom with the manager of the department, I found the job on career.nordstrom.com. The interview took about 45 minutes, a lot of it was just a conversation. Got the job during the zoom.

I had a short phone conversation, then went for an in-person interview in the store. They asked basic behavioral interview questions and were very nice! They even complemented my outfit. I worked seasonally and continued to work there after my season was up in future seasons.

Interview
There were two phone interviews with the assistant to the manager and then the manager of the personal stylist team. Both interviewers asked very similar, general questions. It didn't really require preparation but it could be helpful to think back on your past work experiences and consider what you learned from them.
