I was contacted by a Director on LinkedIn to apply for the position. After submitting my application, I received a late-night message to schedule an interview within the next one to two business days. The available time slots were very limited. During the in-person interview, it was quite lengthy; the interviewer read from a packet and wrote down my responses as I spoke. The questions seemed random and didn't align with the role I was applying for. Additionally, I felt as though I was being interrogated, as the interviewer asked many personal questions. After the interview, they took me for a tour around the store and explained the various departments.
