Very fast, only one interview. Showcase results and goals. Experiences help a lot. Focus on retail experience. Showcase specific examples to help hiring team see skills and how you would compare to their department.
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
