I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nordstrom in Jan 2018
Interview
Questions were based on the various activities that I have in my life. And it went pretty well with no issues. They were very friendly in nature, they didn't asked any difficult question but they want straight answers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Initial phone screen discussing my background and where I could fit in Nordstrom. While I was not offered an in-person interview I still consider it a positive experience. Jennifer B. was courteous and quick in communication. She never left me to wonder where I was at in the interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2012
Interview
First was a phone screening that consisted of text book terms. If you study definitions, you should do fine. The in-person 3 hour interview consisted of initial questions, white boarding, and interviews with others. While white boarding the interviewers talked about non work related items. Are they purposefully trying to distract you or do they do this in daily meetings as well?
