Eerst is er een gesprek met HR. Daarna met de regiomanager. Beide zeer luchtige gesprekken. Ik voelde me telkens op mijn gemak gesteld. Er werd gevraagd naar wat mijn verwachtingen waren, en er werd ook reeds toegelicht welke projecten er mogelijk bij mij zouden terecht komen.

Was greeted by two people as the interviewing position was actually for two different roles. There are a couple easy competency-based interview questions. But most of the questions are related to the company values, so make sure you know those. They also give you a ranked question to prioritise their values. If you don't get the job they don't even send a rejection letter, which they could do better.
