Filled out government forms and received my security license. Took a government test as well which you need to pass to get a license. It is a small security company and I got to know about them through a referral.

Interview
The interview took 20 mins. No silly tests or questions, just friendly conversation at the end of which I received an offer. Most of the talk a manager tells you about the company and the position, that's it.
