Interview
First the hiring manager reached out and we had a friendly conversation on the phone. Then scheduled a work interview where I spent a few hours with the staff, getting to know the environment and employees. I was not not asked to do any procedures, only talked and briefly about my previous experience and observed the flow of the clinic.
