First round of the interview process was held by a committee comprised of various team members who each ask a series of questions regarding your experience as well as how you would handle hypothetical situations that one could encounter in the position.
Second round was conducted solely by the Dean for Academic Success for that particular department. Her attitude and demeanor were extremely off-putting, particularly toward the end of the interview where you are permitted to ask questions regarding the position. She was abrupt and impatient, and her tone was very unappealing. The final round is conducted by the president of the college as well as a VP.
