I applied online. I interviewed at Northern Business Machines (Burlington, MA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I received a call from the hiring manager about a week after I applied for the position online. I was brought in for an interview, asked a lot of questions, and the gentleman I interviewed with did not have the decency to get back to me. I understand it's awkward to tell someone who you interviewed that you're not going to offer them the job, but don't leave candidates hanging who took the time to apply for a position and come in for an interview - you're a manager, you deal with many types of conflicts and sometimes have to deliver not-so-good news to customers/vendors, etc. Have some courtesy!

Interview
Interview was scheduled over the phone. Met in the office with the VP of sales that has been with the company since year one. Great vibes about the company from him, very loose culture and very fun people to be around.
