I applied through other source. I interviewed at Not Applicable (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
As there was so many people for the walk in interview and so less of people to manage it, it was a long process just to attend the interview and many of them didn't get the chance to attend the interview as the companies time was coming to an end.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Not Applicable (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Extensively long process (6-7 rounds) often repetitive, but the interviewers were all very friendly. The lengthy interview process is beneficial to SEI as consultants are required to recruit. I viewed it as good interview practice. My sense is it’s a decent company that is suitable for some who need a break from traditional consulting. They are very secretive about their compensation and career advancement until later in the process. All around a strange process, but I’m glad I saw it through.

Question 1
How do you keep client leadership informed of project status, communication plan, etc.
There are two interviews, the first one is the screening interview and the second one is a technical interview. The screening interview was quite nice, the Hr was very polite, it took about 30 minutes. You just introduce yourself, why you chose the company, and your interest in the role.
