Simple process, two in-person interviews. The first is a one-on-one the other is a panel interview. All behavioral questions no technical. They want to hear about why you want to work there and how you could add value

How would you go about solving an issue between two members of your team?
3 rounds, all behavioral. A lot of it seemed very repetitive as I was being asked a lot of the same questions by different people. They have extremely long wait times and response times between interviews.
two rounds of interview, first with a postdoc and then with the team. Questions on single cell biology sequencing and analyes, and how would I approach it. Also basic statistics questions, and some on your past relevant projects
