Waste of time. I've taken multiple interviews from different industries but this experience was the worst. I like airsoft, but I wouldn't be the best fit since I'd like to work at a company that respects employees. 1st interview went ok. At the 2nd interview, the marketing director, Dominik, often cut me off while I was speaking, which was disrespectful. He doesn't have any patience. Without working with him, I could imagine it'd be a stressful workplace. The other interviewer was Josef. I don't know why he was there since he never gave a question or comments. Interesting company and management team. I'd recommend doing research and carefully consider if you take interviews. If you're not desperate for a job, you might want to find other options as well.
