Factory tour Tour of facilities with member of staff. Free to ask questions etc General interview Boiler plate interview Practical task Put together a piece of equipment in 15 minutes. Quite simple but easy to let the interview stress get to you.
Job interview through a recruitment agency, one stage interview with department manager and senior electronics engineer, really positive impression. Nice atmosphere, technical and detailed, no silly HR questions. Was contacted after a few days with feedback.
