Interview
The first round was with an HR representative. It was a straightforward process, and was generally well organized. The second round, however, was a disappointment. The person who interviewed me wasn't a manager, nor did they seem to have any sort of hiring authority. They were rather awkward and seemed generally unprepared aside from some scripted questions. It was a rather unpleasant experience overall.
The prescreen interview was choppy and I was left with a sense that there really wasn't much interest in my skill set. I was left with the impression that they want to do well but also sounds like they get in their own way a bit too much. Could be an extremely difficult role with what sounded like trying to put a puzzle together with pieces missing.
