You go in, they ask questions, and if you are alive, more than likely you will get hired. Don't know anything about car parts...? Thats ok, O'Reilly computers will help you know everything you need to know.

Interview
Pretty simple, asked me a few questions on my past experience and how I could make their company a better business. Worked here for 7 months now, I hate it.
Questions
Basic car knowledge, asking about car parts, previous experiences, and personal questions like hobbies, and stuff like that. The interview goes by very smoothly, first is a manger interview, then a DM interview, nothing to dificult.
A matching test with numbers about 5 digits long.
