Interview
The interview process was fast and efficient. I went through 3 interviews and was called back with an offer all within the same week! What I really liked is meeting different members of the team during the process. It really helped round out my experience.

Question 1
They inquired about how I managed difficult situations, my past experiences, and navigated the questions I asked them about company growth very well.
This was a "shoulder tap" / internal hire. I was invited to a meeting with the COO who explained they had an opening they thought I would be a good fit for, and they offered me the job on the spot.
Recruiter asked me to immediately join a video call to which I obliged, though I did not feel confident in answering questions about the role as I was not given the opportunity to prepare. I was moved on to the 2nd round the next day as I was told it was urgent to fill the role. No feedback was given on the interview, overall disappointing experience.
