The interview process consisted of 1 hiring manager round and then another one, which was an on-site round with system design questions, whiteboard session, behavioral, all in 2.5 hrs.
Questions related to AI tools, how to use them, a whiteboard session on big data, and some basic security stuff.

System design, like caching, etc.
How to use AI in large code bases.
Big Data handling, FAQs, and explaining the design on a whiteboard.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at OCLC in Sept 2017
Interview
Phone screening (experience), one interview with management (behavioral, light technical), final interview with a panel (technical). The process took a while but in the end it was well worth the wait. The recruiting staff was very responsive and the associates I met were very intelligent and welcoming.
