I had a video conference interview. The recruiter mentioned to me that the process will be quick, and I will have the outcome in one week. The interview was in March and we are in June and I never received feedback. I have email the recruiter and she never responded. I believe this is a shame, candidate experience should be valued it’s not something that companies should ignore. It’s so difficult to use an email template to give feedback? Thus us inconsideration for candidates!
