ORBIS America interview questions

First round with HR screening-Which went good with my past experiences. Second round with VP Technical -where interviewer joined 5 minutes late, he didn't even ask my name. Ended the interview in 15 minutes without proper interaction. They should focus on professionalism of interviewing process and first know past achievements about the candidate available for interview and try to pose questions related to field of experience.
