OSM Thome interview questions

The recruitment process was efficient and well-structured. It began with a standard HR screening, followed by a technical round with the hiring manager. The discussion focused heavily on operational efficiency and my ability to handle complex data reporting. There was also a practical assessment involving a technical case study to evaluate my problem-solving approach.

Consist of 4 stages-initial interview (phone call) with HR, cognitive exam with time limit, interview with the Manager and potential Team Leader (first 3 interviews where do e virtually. Last interview is with the head of department (face to face).
