The HR was over enthusiastic, they did 2 rounds of telephonic interview within 12 hours of the same day and also asked me to complete a test which I cleared in flying colours according to HR. The technical requirements for the role were low - as per HR and since the business leader was in India for just a few more days they asked me to come for interview on a very short notice, which I attended. The business leader was present but did not come for the interview instead another leader took ,y interview with the objective of very politely rejecting me stating I did not have technical qualifications needed for the role... I was left wondering why the HR and Business was not on the same page and why did HR rush me into the process with their over enthusiasm and why the business called me on location to reject me however polite they made it, it was still a very bad and humiliating experience because the 2 teams within the organisation were not coordinating. I had fever of 100F when I arrived for the interview which was 50 kms away from my home and when I reached back home I my fever shot up to 103.5F and I was rushed to emergency in hospital. Disrespectful.
