First was a call then 2 different panel interviews. The first call was with the manager of a specific area where you will be placed. Then you meet with the other managers, followed immediately with a panel interview.

Behavioral questions, they are pretty basic and then they dive into experience.
Very straightforward. Called, asked my background and what I was looking for. The call lasted maybe 20 or 30 mins. Then I was on to a peer manager interview. Then peer interview.

I applied and shortly after I received a call and I completed two phone prescreen interviews and then completed a peer interview. Shortly after my peer interview I received the job offer and started within two weeks from the offer. During my panel interview I got to speak with current team members and learn more about the department and team as whole which helped make my decision in joining OU Medicine.
