OX Seven interview questions

First phase an in depth conversational phone call with MD. Then an interview with two team members. In person interview with MD. Presentation to whole team. Very in depth, but at all times encouraged to be relaxed and personable. It was challenging, but also dare I say this, enjoyable.

First stage was a conversation regarding my experience with Will the Managing Director, this included some competency based questions. Second stage was meeting the team and asking them any questions that I had about this opportunity.
