Invited for an interview with 2 managers on site. Very nice people who were clearly very knowledgeable about the business. I did walk away feeling like they hadn't asked me the right questions and opportunities to really sell myself hadn't come. At the of the interview they told me they had lots of people left to interview over a time frame of 2 weeks, I requested feedback after 3 weeks and they were still interviewing. I suspect many interviews were underwhelming distant memories by the time they considered the position.
