I interviewed at Obex Recruitment (Chelmsford, England)
Interview
It was a 2 stage process - Introductory Call with HR, then an onsite at their office in Chelmsford. The Director then called to offer me the position. Sometimes they give people homework depending on seniority
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Obex Recruitment in Feb 2024
Interview
A recruiter from this company contacted me over 6 months ago. He sent me a job description, requested my resume, and asked if I was interested in the position. I expressed my interest, but then I was completely ghosted.
Last week, the same recruiter reached out again, saying, "Let's schedule a call! When are you free?" It's been 6 months... I don't even know which position you're trying to fill now, but it's clear there's a lack of respect for both my time and me. Why would I want to interview with you?
I don’t need to interview with you. I already have a great job and could easily get another one; I just feel sorry for those who think they need you to get a job.
Before writing this review, I shared my experience with the director and co-founder of Obex. He asked me not to write this review, stating, "because it would have a significant impact on our business."
Seriously? That's the best you can offer? What about the impact on candidates' time, patience, and hopes? Do you even understand what that is?
