You attend an assessment first where role plays are conducted and emails answered to see your level of grammar. Then we got into small groups to do the role play.

Interview
It was group interview really more of an induction, simple and easy apply and as long as you can drive you'll get the job, involved a training driving test and health and safety lesson.
Some online process, before a brief interview, mostly focused on an exercise to assess driving ability. Also stated that they look for those with customer service experience in particular, and that a friendly and upbeat demeanor is important.
