In a word, chaotic. How can every single interviewer be late to the interview by over 10 minutes? Also try not to make disrespectful assumptions about someone's prior employment and duration of their prior employment. Yes sometimes folks pick to leave a company after the trial period or during the trial period. There's nothing wrong with that. Also some of the interview questions were odd and a bit too personal to say the least.
