I went through a three-stage interview process. The first round was with an HR executive and focused mainly on my prior experience. The second interview was more in depth, about 45 minutes long, and involved detailed questions about my skills and past roles, seemingly to assess my capabilities. I felt confident about both of these rounds.
The third interview was described as a culture fit assessment, but the expectations during this stage were not clearly communicated. I genuinely believed I had done well, but unfortunately, I was not contacted afterward. Despite following up, I never received a response or any closure. This was particularly disappointing as I had been headhunted for the role through LinkedIn. A simple update or response would have been appreciated.
