Standard first stage interview after initial application. Very warm and friendly interviewers. Questions were the usual plus some publishing & book based ones.

Interview
I applied for the role internally within Hachette. I then had an interview in person with both the Managing Editor & Group Publishing Director. Following the interview, I was given printouts and asked to complete three proofreading exercises to be completed in 30 minutes. Two of the printouts were for illustrated titles - one was fashion/interiors, the other cookery.
