Interview
First I had to take an online quantitative assessment test which was mostly basic probability questions. Then the next day they emailed me that I passed and wanted me to schedule a phone interview. Since this was a first round phone interview I was expecting mostly fit questions with a mini-case or market sizing question, but it was a full on case question with no fit/personality questions at all. Overall the interviewer seemed nice and could tell I was struggling and helped me out quite a bit.

An online assessment (Math and Behavioral) followed by 1 group HR interview and 3 case interviews. You have to pass each case interview to move into the next one. Cases mainly focused on market sizing skills.

Interview
There was an online assessment, followed by an HR interview. I did not pass the HR interview, however I found it to be underwhelming. Compared to other interviews, no emphasis was placed on actually finding out who you are and how you would fit in to the organization.

Apply online then you will be invited to an online assesments which tests culture fit, then 45 min HR interview, then 3-4 one hour long case interviews depending on performance.
