Primer contacto con RRHH, entrevista técnica con el responsable del equipo (Project Manager, Tech Lead, Business Development) en algunos casos hay una 3a ronda con el CEO de la compañia y, si todo encaja, presentación de la oferta. Duración aproximada de 1 mes.

Interview
The process is very strange. First they send you a million of questions to answer in written form in a Word document. Then you get a real business-case technical task that is clearly overcomplicated for the purpose of a technical evaluation. They give you around 1 day to prepare it (completely insufficient). All this without ever taking the trouble to properly present the position. Then they mockingly discuss the technical task with you in the interview. Then you receive a "NO" with no feedback a couple of days later. In summary, while the HR part of the component of the company is doing its job, the technical personnel is clearly lacking people's skill. I wouldn't want to work for that company even if I got an offer.

Interview
A technical examn where you have to develop a React + Node project proving your level. It is currently impossible to finish the exam (which is intended), and afterwards you have to explain what you did and how you would continue the development and deployment of the project. Some extra questions may be asked.
