Had one call with the sales manager. Was supposed to hear back if I made it to the next round and never heard either way, my follow up email went unanswered as well

Basic sales question. It was mentioned you would not get any commissions for the first 30-60 days, if you sold anything, another rep would get the commissions since they have to help you run virtual demos and train you.
