Interview
The interview process was thorough and was run over a course of 3 different calls in a mixed format (1 to 1, pannel, and team group call)
The interview was based on behavioural assessment questions ( STAR method ). There was also a psychometrics assessment, an attention to detail assignment (grammar and spell check), a client brief presentation where you present back how you would handle the brief, and a get to know the team portion of the interview process. Most of the calls where 1 hour long, with the exception of the panel call which was 2.5 hours.
In between all calls ( pre and post) the recruiter relayed feedback and took on board your own feedback.
