We appreciate feedback and are consistently working to improve our process. Though our specific steps may change based on position needs, our hiring decisions will always be based on technical acumen and company cultural fit. Having applicable certifications can be a huge plus but not the main component that denotes a great fit for our positions. At the time of this review we were going through an expansion to make room for a robust team space. And now we are proud of our expanded office and have created in environment that encourages team engagement but allows for quite space when needed.
